Are you ready for the next generation of express fitness? At Slim and Tone, we realize it's how you spend your 30 minutes that counts.

20 Minutes
Strength & Endurance
Members cycle through the circuit once, spending one minute at each station. There are 20 stations consisting of both strength and endurance exercises.

5 Minutes
Extra Endurance
After completing the circuit, each member spends five minutes doing cardio exercise sustaining the recommended heart rate.

5 Minutes
Flexibility
To ease tension and gain flexibility, each member winds down with a five minute stretching routine. It's the perfect ending to a well-balanced, 30-minute workout.
